ok i have a windows vista laptop and i want to run my own myspace layouts what do i need to have in order to run my site and i know a little bit about html plus....it needs to be free i dont have any money in order to put toward this.....so please help me asap

Well, I know if you download Adobe Photoshop you can have a free trial. Photoshop and CSS are the primary use for making layouts. I would learn CSS first before making layouts.
