That profile has been created by somebody with HTML experience who knows how to use DIV overlays etc. What you basically do is start from scratch on your profile and create all your own boxes in whichever place you decide.

Id recommend joining the HTML Masters group on MySpace if you want to learn - http://groups.myspace.com/HTML

You can also go on the 100s of websites out there for pre-made layouts.
