Okay, so my friend has a myspace page filled with all of these layouts that she designed. I don't know how she did it! But they all look so nice. But i wanted to know how to make them....she wouldn't tell me how(i know...shes mean=[) Is there another way to make layouts (without using pimp my profile editor, etc)!!!!!

yes it called DIV Overlayout its basically a blank page that covers your original page

In order to create your own profile, you need some basic html knowledge. This will require you using the pictures/colors/text you want embedded into codes.
