the people that get paid for making layouts are few and far between - they're normally professional web designers who also create myspace pages for commercial artists, employed indirectly through the artist's record label.
that's the only place there is money in making myspace layouts and they have to be very high quality so you'll need to align yourself with a web design company or create a portfolio of myspace layouts and get your name out there.
