hmm i dont think so, if you dont want someone to see your stuff just make your profile private and dont add them

If you are looking for something to hide your friends list you can find a code for that on MyspaceScripst.com
You can hide your status by going into your edit profile then clicking account settings. Then click on Privacy Settings and check the hide online now and click on change settings at the bottom and your done!
